The Meetric SuperOffice integration automatically sends AI-generated meeting summaries from Meetric to your SuperOffice CRM. Summaries are pushed via a custom script endpoint, enabling your team to access meeting insights directly in the customer profile.


1. Getting Started and Connection (Admin Action)

This integration requires your SuperOffice API credentials and specific instance identifiers.

SuperOffice API token/key

Generate or retrieve from SuperOffice settings.

Domain prefix

The subdomain part of your SuperOffice URL (e.g., sod, online1).

Customer instance identifier

Your unique customer instance name.

Meetric Access

Permission to manage integrations in Meetric.

Connect SuperOffice and Meetric

  1. Get your SuperOffice Credentials: Obtain your Domain prefix, Customer instance identifier, and API Token key from your SuperOffice environment.

  2. Open Meetric: Go to Settings Integrations SuperOffice.

  3. Enter Credentials: Enter your Domain prefix, Customer instance, and paste your Token key.

  4. Connect & Test: Click Connect, then click Test Integration in Meetric. You should see a success message.


2. How the Integration Works

Meetric uses a push mechanism to deliver the summary data directly to SuperOffice's processing script.

The summary data becomes available inside SuperOffice for your team to review.

Each summary payload includes comprehensive meeting details:

  • Meeting name

  • Full AI-generated summary

  • Start and end dates, and meeting type

  • Presenter email and Participant emails

  • Recording URL (Meetric recording link)

  • Location (if available from calendar)


3. Troubleshooting and Management

Troubleshooting Sync Issues

Test Connection Fails

Ensure Domain prefix is only the subdomain (e.g., online1), Customer instance is correct, and the Token key is valid/active.

No Summary Appears in SO

1. Verify connection credentials succeed.
2. Check that the meeting has a completed AI summary.
3. SuperOffice may still be processing; wait a few minutes.

Connection Issues

Check SuperOffice service availability and ensure the token hasn't expired or been revoked.

Disconnecting

  1. In Meetric, go to Settings Integrations SuperOffice.

  2. Click Disconnect.

Existing summaries remain available in SuperOffice after disconnection.

No, summaries sync automatically after each meeting. Admins can disable the integration at any time to stop syncing.

How often are summaries sent?

Immediately after the AI summary is generated.

What if a meeting has no summary?

No data will be pushed to SuperOffice.

Can I edit summaries before they’re sent?

No, summaries are automatically generated and sent.

How are participants matched?
