The Meetric Startdeliver integration automatically sends AI-generated meeting summaries from Meetric to customer profiles in Startdeliver. Each summary is added as an Interaction in the customer's history, enabling your team to review key insights without leaving Startdeliver.


Getting Started and Prerequisites (Admin Action)

Before connecting, ensure you have the required access and credentials.

  • Admin access in Startdeliver.

  • Meetric user with permission to manage integrations.

  • A Startdeliver API key (generated in Settings -> API keys).


Connect Startdeliver and Meetric

  1. Generate your API Key in Startdeliver:

    • Go to Settings -> API keys in Startdeliver.

    • Click Create new API key.

    • Set Restriction to Not Restricted.

    • Ensure the key is Active and Copy the API key.

  2. Open Meetric: Go to Settings -> Integrations -> Startdeliver.

  3. Paste Key and Connect:

    • Paste your API key into the designated field.

    • (Optional) Enable Create tasks from conversation summary.

    • Click Connect.

  4. Test Integration: Click Test Integration in Meetric to verify a successful connection.

    Meetric matches contacts using email or phone. Ensure contacts in Startdeliver have one of these fields set.


Attach Conversation Type to Summary (Optional)

To attach the Conversation Type (tag) to your summary in Startdeliver, you must first create a custom field in your Startdeliver account.

  1. Go to Settings -> Fields in Startdeliver.

  2. Locate “Interaction fields”.

  3. Click “Add new Interaction field”.

  4. Configure the new field with the following settings:

    • Name: “Tagg” or “Tag”

    • Field type: Text

    • One or multiple values: One value

    • Visibility: “Visible”

    • Required: “Not required”

  5. Click “Save”.


How the Integration Works

The system automatically processes the conversation and pushes a structured Interaction to Startdeliver.

Meetric matches contacts in Startdeliver using Email (Primary) and Phone (Fallback).

Data Push

Meetric creates a new Interaction on the customer profile.

Interaction Content

The Interaction includes the Meeting Name (Subject), Type ("Meeting" or "Call"), the Full HTML summary (details, stats, notes, recording link), and all Involved Users.

Tasks (If Enabled)

Meetric extracts actionable tasks from the summary and pushes them into Startdeliver, assigned to the Presenter (if they exist as a Startdeliver team member).

Content Creation (If Enabled)

If "Create Contact/Company in CRM" is enabled, Meetric automatically creates a Company (Customer) and a Contact if no existing match is found.


Using the Integration in Startdeliver

This section guides users on where to find the imported Meetric data within Startdeliver.

Viewing Summaries and Accessing Recordings

  1. Open the Customer Profile: Navigate to the specific customer in Startdeliver.

  2. Access History: Go to the Customer -> History -> Interactions section.

  3. Locate Interaction: Look for the Meetric Interaction entry.

  4. Review Details: Expand the interaction to read the summary and full details (participants, notes, and statistics).

    1. Access Recording: Click the recording link within the summary details to open the full recording and transcript in Meetric.


Security & Privacy

The integration adheres to strict security standards to protect your data:

  • Data Access: The API key is used only for necessary operations: creating interactions, creating tasks, and managing contact/company lookups.

  • Security: All requests are HTTPS-encrypted, and API keys are stored securely.

  • Data Flow: No recordings are stored in Startdeliver - only the summary data and the link to the full recording are pushed to the CRM.


Troubleshooting and Management

No Interaction Appears

1. Verify API key is correct & active and Restriction is Not Restricted.

2. Ensure the contact has an email or phone in Startdeliver.

3. Refresh the page; the summary may still be processing.

Wrong Contact Matched

Ensure the contact's email or phone field is unique in Startdeliver.

Tasks Not Created

Confirm AI task extraction is enabled. The Presenter must exist as a Startdeliver team member for task assignment.

Disconnecting

Go to Meetric -> Integrations -> Startdeliver and click Disconnect.
(You can also delete the API key in Startdeliver.)

Note: Existing interactions remain in Startdeliver.


FAQ

Can I choose which meetings sync?

Summaries sync automatically when generated. Admins can disable the integration at any time to stop syncing.

What if there are multiple meetings for one customer?

Each meeting creates a separate Interaction in the customer's history.

How are tasks extracted?

Our AI analyzes the conversation summary to identify specific actionable steps, ignoring general discussion.

How are deals imported?

Deal data in Meetric maps to Customer Status in Startdeliver (Meetric retrieves Customer Status ID, Name, and Stage).
