With the Meetric integration, you can automatically send AI‑generated meeting summaries from Meetric to IntraManager. Each summary is saved as a User Note on the matching IntraManager user, allowing your team to review insights without leaving IntraManager.
Getting Started
Prerequisites
To set up this integration, you will need:
Admin access in IntraManager to create or retrieve an API key.
An IntraManager API key.
Your IntraManager API URL (base URL).
Access to Meetric with permissions to manage integrations.
Connect IntraManager and Meetric
Retrieve Credentials: Create/copy your API key and base API URL from IntraManager.
Open Meetric: Navigate to Settings → Integrations → IntraManager.
Paste Credentials: Enter your API Key and API URL into the respective fields.
Configure Sync Options: Choose which features to enable via the toggles:
Enable to send conversation summary for meetings: Sends meeting summaries to IntraManager user notes.
Enable to send playbook daily summary: Sends daily playbook summaries to IntraManager user notes (if applicable to your account).
Save: Click Create Token (Save).
Test Connection
Use the Test Integration button in Meetric.
A success message will appear if all credentials are correct.
Using the Integration
How it Works
Meeting: You hold a meeting or call in Meetric.
Processing: Meetric generates an AI summary.
Sync: If enabled, Meetric pushes the summary directly to IntraManager.
Placement: Meetric writes the summary into a User Note on the user's profile in IntraManager.
Viewing Summaries in IntraManager
Open the relevant user profile in IntraManager.
Locate the User Note area at the bottom of the profile.
Find the Meetric summary text displayed as a note.
Data Mapping
User Matching (Critical)
For the integration to function, Meetric must accurately identify which IntraManager user to assign the note to:
Primary Rule: Matching is based on email address.
Requirement: The Meetric user email must be identical to the IntraManager user email.
Failure to Match: If no matching email is found, the note will be skipped.
Troubleshooting
Test connection fails: Confirm the API URL is the base URL, verify the API key is active, and ensure your network allows access to the API.
No summary appears: * Verify that the toggle for conversation summaries is enabled.
Ensure the Meetric presenter's email matches the IntraManager user email exactly.
Confirm the summary has finished processing in Meetric.
Wrong user received the note: Check for duplicate users or shared emails in IntraManager and verify the presenter's email in Meetric.

Security & Disconnecting
Disconnecting: Navigate to Settings → Integrations → IntraManager and click Disconnect.
Existing notes will remain in IntraManager as historical records.
Security: Your API key is used exclusively to fetch users and create notes. All requests are sent over secure HTTPS connections, and keys are stored securely within Meetric.
