To integrate Intra Manager with Meetric,, you’ll need two things:
Your IntraManager subdomain
An API token
Step 1: Locate Your Subdomain
IntraManager uses a subdomain-based account system. Your subdomain appears in your browser's URL when you're logged into IntraManager—for example:
If your URL is https://tmpo.intramanager.com, your subdomain is tmpo.
If your URL is https://rodekors.intramanager.com, your subdomain is rodekors.
You’ll need this to complete the API URL field in Meetric.
Step 2: Generate Your API Token
Log in to your IntraManager Work platform.
Go to System Settings.
Find the section labeled API access or Integrations.
Create an API Key.
This key allows Meetric to create user notes across all users you have access to as an admin.
You only need one API key per customer.
Enabling the Integration in Meetric
Go to Settings > Integrations > IntraManager and enter the following:
API URL: https://<your-subdomain>.intramanager.com
Example: https://mycompany.intramanager.com
API Token: Paste the token you generated in Step 2.
Note: Both the API URL and token are required. If either is invalid, the integration won’t connect.
As a Customer you can choose to enable:
Push of user notes from Playbook summaries
Push of notes from Video, Live, and Telephony summaries
Or both
AI-Summarized Notes*
Automatically generates concise summaries of key points from customer interactions as Video, Live and Telephony, which saves time and ensures important details are captured
Comprehensive Data Integration
Adds notes, data, and recording links to the correct:
Contacts
Companies
Deals
Tickets
Ensures all relevant information is easily accessible within HubSpot
