For HubSpot, there is two way to enable this into the account/user.
Account based:
User based: a token must be created for each user. To do this, temporarily set the user as a super user in HubSpot, then remove this status if they should not remain a super user. The API key generated is then pasted into Meetric under Integrations and the HubSpot logo. By default, summaries are pushed to the correct contact card. HubSpot syncs based on contact name, email, and phone number, so it's important to ensure these details are up-to-date
