Troubleshooting CRM: Why Summaries Are Not Coming In

If summaries are not being automatically imported, please have the customer provide the following information:

A link to the customer record in the CRM where the summary is expected to appear. The user account involved. A link from Meetric to the meeting where the summary was expected to be submitted. Providing these details will help us investigate and resolve the issue more effectively.

The Customer need to specify a specific conversation where they expected it to be imported, or where they expected a different meeting type (By phone number or email, and time / date, meeting url ) send.
