In selected CRM integrations (Hubspot & Pipedrive) Meetric will use the integration to fetch deal data connected to all participants in conversations. It will match participant with a deal based on participant email or phone number, and then look for assiciated deals with those contact details. If more than one deal is found, we will select the one with activity closes to the conversation date.
We will fetch the following data for each deal:
Deal name
Deal value
Deal created at
Deal status
Deal close data
This information can then be used in Meetric do filter conversations and insighs, aswell as correlating data point to outcomes.
