If your video meeting was not recorded, you should first verify that the meeting passes the rules you have set for the meeting bot.
By default the Notetaker only joins meetings where you are the organizer, there are external participants (with other domains than submitted domains, or your email domain) and that there is a link to a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams meeting.
Also not that the notetaker joins when the meeting is scheduled to start, not when you join the meeting if before or after.
The Notetaker waits 10 minutes, if no one has showed up it stops trying.
If you experience that the Notetaker did not join your meeting and that all above is considered, you should contact support.
Whe contacting support, please make sure you have the name of the calender invite, the meeting link, meeting organizer available.
