How to Use the Recording Page
Review Conversations:
Select a recording to replay key moments or analyze specific parts of the conversation.
Use timestamps or highlighted sections to jump directly to important points, such as when an objection was raised or a decision was made.
To download the video, right click on it and “save video as”.
Analyze and chat with Transcripts:
View the conversation transcript alongside the recording.
Search for specific keywords, phrases, or topics discussed during the meeting with the AI Chat.
Highlight sections for future reference or to share insights with team members or external customers.
Right click to download transcript or click export transcript.
Track Performance:
