How to Use the Recording Page

Review Conversations:

  • Select a recording to replay key moments or analyze specific parts of the conversation.

  • Use timestamps or highlighted sections to jump directly to important points, such as when an objection was raised or a decision was made.

  • To download the video, right click on it and “save video as”.

Analyze and chat with Transcripts:

  • View the conversation transcript alongside the recording.

  • Search for specific keywords, phrases, or topics discussed during the meeting with the AI Chat.

  • Highlight sections for future reference or to share insights with team members or external customers.

  • Right click to download transcript or click export transcript.

Track Performance:

  • Review your own speaking patterns, tone, and adherence to scripts or playbooks.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement, such as better handling of objections or asking more open-ended questions.
