  • Meetric will automatically fetch deal data associated with participants in conversations based on email or phone numbers.

  • When a conversation participant matches multiple deals, Meetric selects the deal with activity closest to the conversation date, ensuring relevance.

How to use Deals

Access and Visualize Deal Data:

Navigate to the Dashboards section in Meetric. Use the imported deal data fields—Deal Name, Deal Value, Deal Created At, Deal Status, and Deal Close Date—to filter and organize your conversation insights.

Filter Conversations by Deals:

Apply filters to view conversations linked to specific deals or deal statuses (e.g., open, won, or lost). Focus on conversations tied to high-value deals or deals close to their expected close date.

Correlate Data Points:

Analyze how conversation trends, keywords, or sentiment correlate with deal outcomes.

For example, identify which types of conversations lead to higher deal closure rates.

Track Performance:
