With the Meetric RecMan integration, you can automatically send AI-generated meeting summaries from Meetric to RecMan. Summaries are added as Interviews for candidates or Logs for company contacts, enabling your team to review meeting insights directly inside RecMan.

How the Integration Works
Meetric pushes the summary data, and RecMan determines the receiver type (Candidate vs. Contact) to categorize the entry correctly.
Action | Result |
|---|---|
Meetric Session | You hold a meeting or call; Meetric records and generates an AI summary. |
Receiver Matching | Meetric matches recipients in RecMan using Email (Primary) and Phone (Fallback) (mobilePhone or officePhone). |
Data Push (Candidate) | If the receiver is a Candidate, Meetric creates an Interview entry in their profile. |
Data Push (Contact) | If the receiver is a Company Contact, Meetric creates a Log entry in their profile. |
Summary Content | The entry is pushed as HTML content including meeting details, full summary, participants, stats, and the Recording link. |
User Mapping
Meetric automatically maps users between Meetric and RecMan using matching email addresses.
Mapping Method | Detail |
|---|---|
Automatic Mapping | Occurs when Meetric and RecMan users share the same email address. |
Manual Mapping | Go to Settings → Integrations → RecMan in Meetric to view and manually map users. |
Important Note | The presenter (meeting organizer) must be mapped to a RecMan user for interviews or logs to be properly associated with an owner. |

Troubleshooting and Management
Issue | Resolution / Check |
|---|---|
No Interview or Log Appears | 1. Verify the API key is correct and active. |
Wrong Contact Matched | Check for duplicate records and ensure unique email/phone values. Matching priority is email → phone. |
Interview Not Created (Candidate) | Confirm the receiver is a candidate and the presenter is mapped to a RecMan user. |
Log Not Created (Contact) | Confirm the receiver is a company contact, not a candidate. |
Disconnecting
In Meetric, go to Settings → Integrations → RecMan.
Click Disconnect.

FAQ

No. Summaries sync automatically once generated. Admins can disable the integration at any time.
Multiple meetings for one contact?
Each meeting creates a separate interview or log entry in RecMan.
How are contacts matched?
Meetric matches by email first, then phone. Phone numbers are normalized before comparison.
What’s the difference between Interviews and Logs?
Interviews are created for receivers who are candidates. Logs are created for receivers who are company contacts.
