Set Up Magic Variables:

  • Navigate to the AI Agents section of the platform and select magic Variables under type. Start creating new variables tailored to your organization's needs.

  • Choose the Variable Tracking type to monitor specific metrics, such as true/false flags or numerical data. Define description of Variable.

By using Meetric’s variable-focused AI agents, organizations can go beyond generic insights to measure precise, actionable metrics. This approach empowers teams to set clear benchmarks, track progress, and make data-backed decisions that enhance performance and drive success

Benefits of Using Variable-Focused AI Agents

Precise Metric Tracking and Actionable Insights:

AI agents provide granular insights into specific variables, enabling organizations to measure performance with high accuracy.

By tracking true/false conditions and numerical data, teams can pinpoint areas of success or improvement more effectively.

Enhanced Accountability:

Use variable tracking to ensure teams are following established best practices and meeting organizational standards.

Performance Benchmarking and quality insurance:

Leverage measurable variables to identify trends, adjust strategies, and make informed decisions.

Apply variable-focused agents across departments to track KPIs tailored to each team, such as sales, customer success, or marketing.

Compare data across teams or time periods to identify outliers, recognize high performers, or address areas that need improvement.

Use tracked variables to provide objective feedback and design training programs or skilled process to leverage against your goals.

How to Use AI Agents Focused on Variables

Define the Variables to Measure:

Identify key variables critical to your organization. Examples include:

  • True/False: "Was the pricing discussed?" or "Was a meeting scheduled?" or “Was the meeting type confirmed?”

  • Numbers: "How many objections were raised?" or "What percentage of calls include upselling opportunities?"

Customize the Agent’s Focus for different parts of the process:

Use predefined templates or set custom rules under add filters to track and measure specific variables during conversations.

For instance:

  • True/False Example: Identify whether the meeting included a product demo.

  • Numerical Example: Count the number of times specific keywords, such as "budget" or "timeline," were mentioned.

Integrate Variables into Benchmarks:

Establish benchmarks for each variable, such as target numbers or desired outcomes, to evaluate performance.

For example:

  • Benchmark: "80% of sales calls should include a discussion about pricing."

  • Benchmark: "Average objection count per call should remain under three."

Monitor and Review Data:

Analyze the extracted variable data through dashboards and reports within Meetric.

Use this data to compare team or individual performance against benchmarks or organizational goals.

Refine Over Time:

Adjust the AI agent’s focus based on evolving business needs or feedback from teams.

Incorporate additional variables as your organization grows or new metrics become relevant

Where to find it:

You can find the variables under the widget Variables in the insights display. Then edit the widget to choose between the different variables you created.
