Integrate recorded calls into Meetric with DSTNY, the customer needs an Advanced Call Recording License from DSTNY. Only then can the customer generate the necessary token and provide it to Meetric, along with a super user ID that is created in the DSTNY portal for call recording.
The token is generated by navigating to Config > Advanced > System Settings > API and then clicking the plus sign. The required fields are the API token, storage duration (set to 1 year), and the super user ID
In Meetric it's account based integration. Thats mean that the users will automatically be created as passive users in the systems.
How to activate the recording import on a user:
Go to settings and users.
Click on edit on the user that shall use recording, and click on the Dstny tab. Enter the Dstny User ID for that user.
