Integrate Recorded Calls into Meetric with Aircall
To enable the integration with Aircall, the customer needs to provide two tokens from Aircall:
API ID
API Token
These tokens are generated directly in Aircall. As a customer and admin in Aircall, you can create them yourself under Settings.
In Meetric, the integration is account-based. This means the customer admin only needs to enable the integration once for their entire organization. Meetric will import calls only for users who exist as active users in Meetric and match with Aircall users. If no match is found, Meetric will not import the calls
