CRM Sync
To sync your CRM system with Meetric, create an API key in your CRM system, copy it, and paste it into Meetric under Integrations beneath the logo of your CRM system.
The API key may be user-based or organization-based, depending on the CRM system in use.
Through CRM Sync, you can automate the transfer of meeting and call summaries to your CRM system. Summaries are synced based on email, name, and phone number, and are added to the customer record under Notes/Summaries, depending on the CRM system.
You can also import calls directly from the CRM system. To enable this functionality:
Activate it under the CRM system's logo in Meetric.
Ensure it is also activated in your CRM system.
You can sync meeting types between the CRM system and Meetric. To do this:
Navigate to Integrations in the top-right corner of the webpage.
In the left-hand menu, select CRM/Deals.
Click on CRM/Deals to activate meeting type synchronization.
If summaries are not being automatically imported, please provide the following information to investigate the issue:
A link to the customer record in the CRM where the summary was expected to appear.
The user account involved.
A link from Meetric to the meeting where the summary was expected to be submitted.
Providing these details will help us investigate and resolve the issue efficiently.
