Improved Knowledge Center: Academy (formerly Library)
We have renamed Library to Academy and made significant upgrades to give you full control over your shared knowledge:
Personal Folders and Structure: Users can now create, rename, and manage personal folders and subfolders.
Detailed Sharing and Permissions: You can easily share subfolders with specific account members and set detailed permissions, such as viewer or editor access.
Enhanced Deletion Function: Deleting a folder now correctly removes all associated links and content snippets.
Granular Sharing and Automated Summaries
Control over Meeting Data: We’ve added advanced controls that allow you to precisely select which meeting data fields are shared (e.g., Timeline, Insights, Transcript, etc.).
Automatic Email: Easily enable automated summaries to be sent via email to all meeting participants for improved communication flow.
Shared Dashboards
Mark as Favorite: You can now "star" shared dashboards, making it quick and easy to find your most important dashboards.
New CRM Integration
We have built a new integration with Teamtailor. As Teamtailor is a major CRM system in the HR and recruitment sector, this integration will open up new opportunities for customers in that segment.
AI Chat Upgrades
Our AI Chat has become even smarter and faster to help you find information in your recordings:
Smarter Follow-ups: The AI now gathers and focuses on all relevant data from your initial query to provide accurate and in-depth answers to subsequent follow-up questions (drill-downs).
Direct Navigation: Results now include direct links with timestamps to the exact location in the recording, allowing you to instantly verify the AI's results.
Daily Calendar Plan Email
Never Miss a Recording: You can now enable a daily email that provides a list of all your scheduled meetings, along with clear information on which meetings the Meetric bot is scheduled to join.
