Partner Portal

We've made significant updates to the Partner Portal to simplify how you manage packages and pricing:

  • Simplified Packages: It's now easier to manage minimum seats, trials, and discounts directly within packages.

  • More Resellers per Package: You can now link several resellers to the same package, giving you greater flexibility in your sales strategy.

  • Easier Billing: We have improved the handling of billing information to make the process smoother.

  • New Viewer Product: A new product, Viewer, has been added. You can now include a pure viewing function in your packages and price lists.

  • Updated Customer View: The customer's view of assigned packages has been updated to be clearer and easier to use.

360 Dashboard

We've added new insights and tools to the 360 Dashboard to help you track your results:

  • New Units: New units for "Deal units" and "Call outcome units" have been added to better track the results of deals and calls.

  • Automated KPIs: We've created a brand new step in our onboarding wizard that automatically generates KPIs and KPI dashboards. This means teams get pre-defined dashboards with the right metrics for their specific department, so they can start consuming data almost immediately.

  • Improved Call Management:

    • The Switchboard and Conversations pages have been merged for a more unified experience.

    • The Recordings page has been updated with simpler navigation.

    • We now hide functions that are not available to switchboard users to reduce confusion.

  • Interface Improvements: Minor adjustments have been made to improve the user experience, including a new font for better readability and a new design for the "picker" and department filters.
