The Notetaker in Teams currently works in the following scenarios:
All unique scheduled meetings with a video link, both internal and external.
Dependencies: Only one Notetaker can be assigned per meeting and per organization/company at a time. The meeting is always assigned to the organizer, i.e., the person who creates the meeting.
The following scenarios are currently not supported by the Notetaker:
Recurring scheduled meetings are not supported, both internal and external. (Coming soon)
Meetings scheduled with short notice are not supported. (This is very common in many organizations, both internal and external, where participants are quickly invited and wish to use the Notetaker.) We have a waiting period of 15 minutes before we receive the event and can trigger the Notetaker.
Manually inviting/triggering the Notetaker in meetings and pausing it during meetings.
