Dear customer,
We’re currently seeing occasional connection issues when the meeting notetaker joins certain Google Meet sessions. In some cases, this means Meetric notetaker is prevented from joining.
What’s happening:
Some Google Meet notetakers may hit connection limitations at join time.
When this happens, the notetaker may not be able to join the meeting.
What this means for you (right now):
Most meetings are unaffected.
What we’re doing:
Our engineering team is actively working on several improvements to increase notetaker join realiability after this update.
We’ll share another update as soon as the improvements are implemented.
