To integrate recorded calls into Meetric with Tele2, the customer needs an Advanced Call Recording License from Tele2. Only then can the customer generate the necessary token and provide it to Meetric, along with a super user ID that is created in the Tele2 portal for call recording.

The token is generated by navigating to Config > Advanced > System Settings > API and then clicking the plus sign. The required fields are the API token, storage duration (set to 1 year), and the super user ID

In Meetric it's account based integration. Thats mean that the users will automatically be created as passive users in the systems.
