To make all recordings available by default to everyone, navigate to Settings > Account, then scroll down to Account Settings. Here, you'll find a list of options where you can specify who has access to view the recordings.
If you wish to share a specific recording, go to the Recordings section, select the recording you want to share, and then click on Share Recording at the bottom left. From there, you can either choose who to share it with directly or copy the link to distribute as needed
