How to Set Up Meeting Types in Meetric
Access the "Meeting Type" Settings:
Navigate to the Settings section in Meetric.
Click on the Meeting Type tab to manage your meeting categories.
Create a New Meeting Type:
Click on the "Add New Meeting Type" option.
Fill in the following details:
Meeting Type Name: Give your meeting type a descriptive name (e.g., Sales - Demo, Onboarding, or Project Updates).
Set Meeting Type by Keywords: Add phrases that are commonly used in the meeting titles or descriptions. These will help Meetric automatically categorize meetings.
Enable AI Categorization:
Toggle the Enable AI Categorization button. Enter specific instructions in the AI Categorization Instruction field to guide the AI in identifying and categorizing this meeting type.
Set Target Engagement:
Specify a Target Engagement Percentage for this meeting type. This can serve as a benchmark for meeting performance and participant interaction.
Save and Activate:
Once all details are entered, enable the meeting type by toggling the Meeting Type Enabled button and save your settings to start applying this meeting type across relevant meetings.
