The Meetric Lynes integration allows your organization to automatically import call recordings and notifications directly from the Lynes platform. This process centralizes your call data, enabling robust analysis and coaching opportunities.
Part 1: Integration Setup in Meetric (Admin Action)
This integration requires an active recording service from Lynes.
To enable the connection, you must input credentials and a webhook URL from Meetric into your Lynes account settings. This is a crucial, one-time administrative step.
Access Lynes Integration Details in Meetric
Log in to Meetric.
Click Settings -> Integrations.
Select the Lynes option under Calling Integrations.
Configure Minimum Duration:
Min. meeting duration (sec): Enter a minimum call duration in seconds. Calls shorter than this value will not be processed.
Click Save changes.
Copy Credentials for Lynes
Copy the Webhook URL provided in the Meetric pop-up window (destination for call data).
Copy the Secret Token found in the same pop-up window (used for secure authentication).
Part 2: Configure Call Data Flow in Lynes
You must configure Lynes to send data to the Meetric webhook and define which calls to send.
Log in to your Lynes account with administrator privileges.
Navigate to Phone System -> Call Recording.
Under "Integrations for call recordings," select the New integration under Integrations.
Edit Integration Settings (Crucial Steps)
In the "Edit integration for call recordings" pop-up:
API Version: Select API Version v2.
Sound Settings: Toggle "Send as stereo" ON. This is crucial for Meetric to separate and process the agent's and customer's voices for accurate transcription.
Sync CI summaries: Toggle this OFF.
Define Which Calls to Send
You must specify whether to import calls based on Answer Groups or individual Users.
Answer Groups: Toggle "Send call recordings for answer groups" ON. You can then select "Only for specific answer groups" and choose which ones (e.g., "Customer Care").
Users: Toggle "Send call recordings for users" ON. You can then select "Only for specific users" and choose which users.
Webhooks: Paste the Webhook URL and the Secret Token from Meetric into the corresponding fields in Lynes.
Click Save.
