How does the meeting/call summaries work

Native Summaries: An organization with multilingual staff can receive summaries in their preferred language, as we support the most common languages.

To set this up, go to Settings > Create an AI Agent for Summary > Select Transcript Native Language. Then, link this AI Summary to the respective user.

Customize summery: It is possible to customize summaries with our AI agents.

Navigate to settings, then AI agents to customize the prompt for the summary by creating an AI agent as a summary agent.

You can add filters to make sure the summary is only applied to certain users, teams, meeting types and more.

No Summaries: In order to understand what has gone wrong, please follow the below logic:

      1. Did the note-taker join the meeting?**

IF NO: Given that the notetaker should have joined the meeting (By default it joins meetings where the organizer is a Meetric user, and there are external participants),

A) Please contact support by chat on the website or in the dashboard.

IF YES

Please reach out to our support and let us know the following for us to be able to help you quickly:

B) What was the URL to the Zoom, Meet or Teams meeting? C) What was the name of the calendar invitation, as well as the date and time

As soon as we have the above information, a platform specialist will look into this and respond to you.
