How to Integrate Hitrate

Overview

Integrating Hitrate with Meetric allows you to sync call data, automate workflows, and extract customer insights seamlessly. To establish this connection, you need to generate a token from Hitrate and input it into Meetric.

Step 1: Generate an API Token in Hitrate

To integrate Hitrate with Meetric, you need an API token. Follow these steps to generate one:

  1. Log in to Hitrate with an account that has admin or "manage token" permissions.

  2. Navigate to API Token Management:

    • Go to Settings.

    • Find API & Tokens or Integrations (depending on your Hitrate version).

  3. Create a New Token:

    • Click Generate New Token.

    • Select the permissions for the token (it should match your Meetric access needs).

    • Copy the generated token and store it securely.

Step 2: Add Your Hitrate Token in Meetric

Once you have the token, follow these steps in Meetric:

  1. Log in to Meetric and go to Settings.

  2. Navigate to Integrations and select Hitrate.

  3. Enter Your Hitrate Credentials:

    • Dialer Email: Enter your Hitrate account email.

    • Token: Paste the token generated from Hitrate.

    • Minimum Meeting Duration: Set a threshold (e.g., meetings shorter than 20 seconds will not be processed).

  4. Click Create Token to finalize the integration.

Step 3: Verify the Integration

Once the token is added, Meetric will start syncing data with Hitrate. To confirm:

  • Check if recent calls appear under Conversations in Meetric.

  • Review logs in Hitrate’s API section to ensure successful connections.

  • If issues arise, verify that the token has the correct permissions.

Troubleshooting

  • Invalid Token Error: Ensure the token was copied correctly and has the required permissions.

  • Data Not Syncing: Verify that meeting duration settings align with your call data.

  • Access Denied: Check with your Hitrate admin to ensure your account has integration permissions.

By completing these steps, your Hitrate and Meetric accounts will be fully integrated, allowing for automated conversation analysis and workflow optimization.
